Ireh Restaurant

I went to Ireh Restaurant at Mccully shopping center because I want to eat Ireh chicken.  There are some Ireh restaurants in Hawaii but When I went to another Ireh restaurant, they did not sell Ireh chicken. They said  there are Ireh chicken only Mccully shopping center. So, I went to there.
Ireh chicken is like kind of Korean style fried bbq chicken and little bit spicy. I like this chicken because fried chicken already mixed Korean bbq source but chicken was still crispy. And, I like Korean restaurants because it always comes with side dishes:)

Tonkatsu Tamafuji

"Tonkatsu Tamafuji" is an old-fashioned tonkatsu shop. There are nine stores mainly in Sapporo. The Honolulu Store opened in February. There are many set meals, rice, miso soup with cabbage, 3 kinds of pickles follow. You can choose 3 types of rice, white rice,seasoned mixed rice,5-grain rice. And also you can choose miso soup too. Miso soup is red miso soup or white miso soup and you choose miso soup item like clams and green onions or tofu and seaweed. There are tonkatsu sauces such as sweet or spicy at the table. You can choose cabbage dressing too. There are two kind dressing such as ginger dressing and sesame dressing:) I ordered jyukusei pork tender loin Katsu set meal. It was very yummy, I felt I came Japanese good tonkatsu restaurant. I heard from a my friend, Japanese celebritie came there.

Menchank-Tei

I went to Menchank-Tei with my friend. We love beef intestine hot pot and we ate it together in Japan. When we went to Menchank-Tei first time, beef intestine hot pot were sold out. So we finally ate a beef intestine hot pot for the second time. Before we did not know which shops has beef intestine hot pot in Hawaii. There were three kinds of pots like soy sauce flavor , miso flavor, chige miso flavor. We ordered soy sauce flavor. It is also possible to order beef intestine, vegetables, rice and noodles in addition. 

Beef intestine was no smell:) It was very delicious. It was more delicious than the beef intestine hot pot when we ate it in Japan.There were various kinds of Japanese food in addition. You should go there if u have time!!

Tempura Meshi Kaneko Hannosuke

Tempura Meshi Kaneko Hannosuke has cooked up quite a reputation for their high quality tempura, with crowds frequently mobbing their store in Tokyo.I went to Tempura Meshi Kaneko Hannosuke at Waikiki. This shop can see the chef fried tempura from the counter seat. I was not a counter seat, but it was nice because they used wood interiors, so I felt Japanese restaurant. It was the tempura of soft boiled egg that I was the most delicious. Although it is tempura of delicious a soft boiled egg even if you eat as it is, but if you break it on rice and make Tamago kake gohan, the taste really good.  I came to Hawaii and have not eaten Tamago kake gohan so I felt very happy. Tamago kake gohan is a hot cooked rice poured over with stirred raw egg mixture with soy sauce, MSG and others. You thoroughly stir it with chopsticks to mix them evenly. Many Japanese people like Tamago kake gohan!! People who have never eaten it please eat it!!

Menyamusashi

Ramen shop famous in Japan, also the 麺屋武蔵 (Menyamusashi) opened the Hawaii branch. I went for the first time at this ramen shop. This menu is of selection type in this shop. First of all, you will select ramen or tsukemen. Ramen is a Japanese noodle and soup dish. Tsukemen is similar to ramen but the noodles and broth are in separate bowls which you dip and eat like soba. I ordered a tsukemen. The soup is strong taste and slightly sweet. The noodles are unique and thick noodles and soup and noodles are tangled and it was delicious. And, There are seasoned boiled eggs, it were really delicious! You should try, If you have time. In addition, I thought this shop was very convenient because everybody can choose the size and spicy level of tsukemen. You can eat your favorite noodles!!

Tori Ton

Today I will introduce Tori Ton. Tori Ton is a Japanese izakaya style restaurant, and yakitori is the main. When I entered Tori Ton first time, I felt like I came Japan because there were many Japanese people and also they talked Japanese. I went to there with Korean friend. We also came here first time, so we asked to staff "what are you recommend?" The staff recommended tsukune and Cod roe kamameshi. We ordered so many things, we ordered 5Items Chef's Favorite Selection, Cod roe kamameshi, Assorted 5/Chef's Selection, Our signature big size Tsukune W/original source. Every thing really good, my friend said it too. My favorite is a Tukune because I can eat tsukene with low egg yolk!! I think definitely we will go back again and we will try another items their menu.
         

Nana's Green Tea

After school I went to Nana's Green Tea with my Korean friend. Nana's Green Tea is a super famous matcha store in Japan. And, There 79 shops in all area of Japan.  They used selected high quality Uji tea , so there are drink and parfaits, soft cream, Anmitsu, Warabimochi etc. I ate matcha mix soft cream, and my friend ate matcha soft cream. It was really good. And actually my friend first tired matcha sweet, but she said really yummy. Even people who have never eaten matcha, but they felt delicious so let's try matcha.

Sorabol Korean Restaurant

I went to Sorabol Korean restaurant. I tried Korean food with my friend, we ate cold spicy noodle.  I like spicy foods. First time I ate it was really spicy but I did not feel spicy before I knew because spicy is addictive. My friend also ordered cold spicy noodle, but she cannot eat very spicy food, but server gave us cold noodle soup. Server taught us about If u guys put noodles on soup it will med spicy. My friend and tried that she said really yummy. I think cold spicy noodle is better to eat just normal. If you like spicy food , you should try this place!!

If you try eating it little by little, you will become addicted.

Kats Sushi

I went to Kats Sushi with my friend. we really like sushi because we from Japan and one of my friend recommended this shop because this shop is all you can eat sushi. .This restaurant is reservation only, so we made a reservation. When we entered this restaurant , we were surprised that all the sushi was grabbed by hand. I thought that Japanese people are making sushi, but surprisingly  Koreans were making sushi. Sushi was not that bad but we had to eat all the  sushi rice because It’s store policy, but I did not mid because sushi rice was really yummy also. We felt like we returned to Japan, because Japan makes sushi pretty big. We felt very happy, because we could eat delicious sushi buffet style. 

Tsurutontan

Today I went to "Tsurutontan" with my friend. Tsurutontan is a Udon restaurant in waikiki and also Tsurutontan is a famous Udon shop in Japan. Actually, I'm from Japan, but I never been to this restaurant. So, today we went to this restaurant for the first time, we did know which is the most popular so we asked about that server. He suggested us MENTAI KAMATAMA UDON and UNI KUREM UDON so, we ordered those two. When we saw the Udon, we were surprised because one of the things was bigger than we thought it was. We tried those udon, It was really tasty. And then, we also ordered water cake !! It was yummy too. I think we will go Tsurutontan again because service was also good, and it was delicious.

I give 4 and half star out of 5
